Clear Communication

In a situation where I am unable to offer a session ,I will always take the time to provide a thoughtful and considerate explanation along with the reason behind my decision. I will ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of my choices and recommendations.

Flexible Service Delivery

Most of my services can be offered remotely or at my locations for your convenience. However, I acknowledge that some situations may require personal attendance, and I adapt to your unique circumstances. In cases where a visit is necessary, I apply an additional fee to cover fuel costs, which is calculated based on the distance involved. This fee is communicated to you transparently.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. To ensure the smooth operation of my services and to respect the time and effort I invest in preparing for your session, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 This allows me to accommodate other clients and make the best use of our schedule.

Distance Work Payment Policy

In order to secure your session for distance work, I require payment to be made upfront. Payments should be received no later than 48 hours before your scheduled session. This policy is in place to ensure that your payment is processed and confirmed before the appointment time, allowing me to focus on delivering the best possible service during our session.

Unfortunately, in the past, I have encountered situations where reminders were necessary to receive payment for the work performed. To maintain efficiency and fairness, I kindly request that all clients respect this policy and make payments in a timely manner otherwise your appointment will be cancelled and accommodated to someone else.

By adhering to these policies, I can maintain a professional and respectful working relationship, ensuring that your sessions run smoothly and that our efforts are mutually valued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Compassion and Free Policy

I genuinely care about the well-being of people. In special circumstances where someone is truly suffering but cannot afford my services, I offer a "free" policy as a testament to my commitment to helping others. True intentions for the well-being of my clients drive this policy, emphasizing compassion and support during difficult times.

Please note : I am able to determine someone's true intentions and the authenticity of the circumstances.

This assessment will help me determine the most appropriate steps for you to take and there's absolutely no obligation to commit to any sessions.

It's important to acknowledge that not everyone experiences the same level of suffering. Some individuals endure more significant challenges and may require more focused attention and additional time to achieve healing.

For those dealing with long-term chronic illnesses and persistent conditions, I recommend regular healing sessions spaced every 3 to 5 weeks, tailored to your specific circumstances and needs. Your well-being is my priority, and I'm here to support your journey to healing and recovery.

It's important to note that the free assessment serves two purposes: first, to determine if I can effectively assist you, and second, to assess my availability for potential future sessions. Please be aware that during this initial assessment, I won't be able to perform energy healing or readings. These services must be pre-booked and paid for separately.
